Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are bilingual or multilingual and have a passion for retail sales. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets Requirements: - Bilingual or multilingual (English/Spanish preferred) - Strong organizational skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Previous experience in retail sales is a plus - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay and provide ongoing training to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Associate.
