Position: Service Coordinator
Our Service Coordinator plays a key support role within our Service & Installation team, responsible for supporting all facets of our service and installation jobs, projects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide excellent customer service while recording customer information.
- Coordinate with customers for scheduling service requests and preventative maintenance jobs.
- Supporting warranty work, warranty registration, Claims, Returns and Credits processing.
- Completing timely and accurate repair quotes (“quoted repairs”) for customers.
- 3rd Party administration (uploading of documents, invoicing, and work order approvals).
- Processing timely and accurate invoices for customers.
- Organizing, ordering parts and equipment.
- Delivering a great customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requires:
- Experience in customer service, customer service representative or similar coordinator roles in a fast-paced, HVAC (or similar) work environment.
- Experience with quoting repairs in the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great professional & personal presence with strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Job offers are contingent on a background check.
Salary:
- Salary $20-$26/hr depending on experience
