Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical specialties.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as Dementia care, and in clients homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in acute pain management.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
- Coordinate and provide home care services including monitoring patient progress and educating patients and their families.

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- At least 2 year nursing experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
