Prolink is looking for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our family!
Position: Physical Therapist
Shift: Monday - Friday
Location: East Chicago, IN
Details: PT will perform patient evaluations, formulate plans, provide direct patient care and supervise Therapy Services, Techs, and Therapy Assistants. This PT will be responsible for documenting patient progress and evaluations.
Must Haves:
- Graduated of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed in the state of Indiana
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire date).
