ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECALIST - CONSTRUCTION

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist in our service department. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION, M-F

JOB DUTIES:

• AR Collections: Construction Jobs
• Monthly notices
• Supplier Notices / Waivers
• Owner / Bond Maintenance
• AR Meetings
• Resale/Exempt Certificates
• Setup new GCs
• Prequals for our GCs
• Process refunds when necessary
• Reception back up
• Process deposits

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience in the construction field (or similar)
• Able to pass a background and drug screening
• Willing and able to work IN-OFFICE Monday - Friday
• High School Diploma

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
