SERVICE BILLER

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Service Biller. Job Summary

Ensure timely processing of service invoices. The position must be able to communicate effectively across departments and maintain an extremely organized work area. The Service Biller is expected to process a high volume of transactions while being accurate and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Bill service tickets
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with service managers

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Texas Sales/Use Tax laws strongly desired
• Must have at least 1 year of service billing experience preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Ability to solve issues based on solid data analysis and well developed critical thinking skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
