Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You might also be involved in managing budgets, organizing events, handling payroll, and addressing any administrative issues that arise. Your role often requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities include:

· Administrative Support

· Assist in managing office operations and procedures.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

· Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records

· Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

· Or other tasks and duties as required.

Basic Requirements:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

· Knowledge and Experience with ECI software (business software) a plus

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize work

Nice to have:

· Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Management

· Understanding the manufacturing process

· Online webstore applications and maintenance

· Document and network management skills

· International and Domestic shipping document requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
