Job Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and managing client relationships. This role requires a strong technical foundation to understand and oversee the services we provide, alongside managing our team’s day-to-day activities to meet our clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and the technical aspects of our team's work.
• Manage the allocation and delivery of service requests, ensuring they are handled efficiently by the appropriate team members.
• Oversee the service delivery process, from initial client contact through to resolution, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs ensuring they are met and coordinate with our account executives.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead internal meetings, manage project schedules, and coordinate installations and other client-facing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on service delivery and client management strategies.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in a technical role within IT, with substantial managerial experience.
• Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a technical team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Use of products such as Connectwise Manage (ticket system).
