Position Summary:
The Branch Manager reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works closely with the Customer Service, Service (Bench and Field), and Operations Leaders to insure alignment of common best practices across the organization. Primary responsibility is to take care of the needs of the branch operations and daily activities and needs of customers. This role will include responsibilities such as the booking and invoicing of orders, shipping and receiving of goods, and coordination of service (both field and bench repair) activities.
