Junior Lead Generation Specialist - Business Development

Location: 100% Remote

Annual Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 (Eligible for Bonus)

The Lead Generation Specialist role involves establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and managing various tasks independently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. This position requires the development of relationships with customers and the internal team, involving travel and flexible working hours. 

Responsibilities: 

  •  The Lead Generation Specialist will create lead generation campaigns using ZoomInfo and comparable programs/software, as well as scheduling meetings with key decision makers.
  • Develops, implements, and manages marketing/public relations campaigns and events.
  • Create marketing materials, touchpoints, and corporate information for specific market areas.
  • Foster profitable relationships with key decision-makers, medical professionals, and community leaders through various mediums.
  • The Lead Generation Specialist will deliver presentations to medical professionals and civic leaders, contributing to organizational growth.
  • The Lead Generation Specialist identifies new opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Contribute to the conceptual design and layout of promotional materials, including brochures, websites, social media, etc.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning and Business Development Meetings.
  • Evaluate statistical trends and implement strategies accordingly.
  • The Lead Generation Specialist will manage competitive intelligence efforts.
  • Ethically increase flight volume and market share.
  • Engage in company Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1 - 2 years of expereince creating lead generation campaigns.
  • 1 year of ZoomInfo experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or public relations degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications.
  • Experience in the medical/aviation industry.
