Ainsley Search Group is Hiring a Production Planner Near Mills, PA

Ainsley Search Group is seeking a Production/MRP Planner for a fast-growing Manufacturer located in Delaware County. This Planner will report to the Materials Manager to plan and schedule daily production capacity pertaining resource, equipment and manpower. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with lucrative compensation, bonus and competitive benefit. The company offers excellent career advancement, and they would like to develop the qualified candidate to be the Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • to Materials Manager and oversee the daily planning, pre-planning, and scheduling for production schedule and inventory based off customer projects.
  • production demand based on demand forecast and lead-time, analyze available resource pertaining manpower, equipment, and raw materials; develop and plan for production schedule.
  • MRP/ERP to manage inventory, analyze stock level (safety and cycle), stock aging and cycle time to determine availability and replenishment based upon current and future production volume.
  • inventory and optimize inventory turns and performance, minimize and control inventory obsolescence.
  • closely with the Procurement team to determine purchasing needs for sales order and production demand; implement strategic purchasing plan to cut cost and improve efficiency.
  • with Production Manager, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality and Shipping/receiving to ensure production progresses on-time and within budget, address issues timely to minimize production disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
  • years of experience MRP Planning, Production Scheduling.
  • in MRP and ERP systems.
  • in analytical thinking, good at match and statistics.

  • player and a people person, work well under pressure and minimal supervisor.
