JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client Service Analysts undertake various tasks, including offering online support to clients, aiding project managers in database builds, writing fix tickets to ensure program accuracy and effectiveness, and collaborating with coworkers to resolve customer support cases.
JOB DUTIES
As a Client Service Analyst, your job duties may include:
- Providing support to our clients, ensuring their effective and efficient use of our software
- Escalating unresolved cases as necessary and collaborating with our software development team when needed
- Managing projects to meet milestones
- Training clients how to use our software
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with these qualifications:
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Comfort in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with desire for constant learning
- Problem solving ability
- Effective project management skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Bookkeeping / accounting or training experience
- Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft SQL such as querying and database management is a plus
