Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to :

  • Understand roofing, siding, window, gutter products.
  • Demonstrate and represent our company with the fact that you are the expert in the field of exterior construction.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating prices for roofing, siding, gutters and windows.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with clients, production, estimating staff.
  • Leads are primarily ran in the evening and weekends.
  • Travel within the twin cities and out of state travel for mergers and acquisitions

Requirements / Skills

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Relationship building skills required
  • Leadership skills preferred
  • Associations / Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals.
  • Willingness to learn additional skills required.
