About the Role Digital Platform Programme Specialist Responsible for orchestrating alignment of digital platform projects, RPE tribe and other initiatives and being responsible for the collaboration between IT department & related channels. Job Description Orchestrate alignment between RPE tribe, IPos monthly release, projects and breakthrough initiatives related to feature releases including supervising the timeline, budget, resources and methodology Review RACI for each of the initiative to ensure accountability and supervision for critical tasks related to digital platform feature releases Identify possible risks and issues across digital platforms performance and ensure mitigation is addressed either by ensuring the accountable PIC keeps a good progress or self-ensure the risk is mitigated Lead and initiate cross departments communication and collaboration between related departments to ensure digital platform releases is impactful to end users and AIA Business targets. Requirement Minimum bachelor degree Minimum 10 years experience, in IT business solution, digital product development or digital transformation Scrum master or scrum product owner certification will be an advantage Understand agile methodology, design thinking, software project management, and system development life cycle Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
