About the Role Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability! Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key critical initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region’s production targets Identify insights/trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key initiatives Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders/life planners, and provide insights to internal teams e.g., Agency Strategy, Product Marketing, etc. Handle day-to-day agency BAU activities (e.g., end-to-end coordination of outstanding recruitment, embedment of digital tools, etc.) Promote sales and recruitment excellence within each region by conducting analytics and deriving insights for improvement of the process quality Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
