AIA Countertops - Mississippi is Hiring a General Labor (196 Alpha) Near Boise, ID
Alpha Systems, a Division of Patrick Industries located in Boise, ID is seeking Production Team Members to add to their growing team. Production team members are responsible for rotational mold production, finishing and testing product, and packaging product for shipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures, 5S, PPE.
- Properly stack and organize parts as they are coming off the machine to minimize damage to the parts and to run the secondary operations more efficiently.
- Inspect tanks for non-conformances such as: Wall thickness, neck size and thickness, corner thickness, overall weight of tank & Proper Cure.
- Notify the machine lead person of any molds that need to be repaired or if any problems are encountered.
- Properly mark all products with date and shift codes for identification purposes.
- Drill, friction weld, assemble, test, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Properly perform Weekly, Monthly and Annual Preventative Maintenance on machines per manufactures scheduled maintenance manual.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Detail Oriented - quality and precision focus
- Skilled at reading a tape measure and use of hand tools
- Ability to complete projects in an accurate and timely manner
