Associates International, Inc. (Ai) is seeking an energetic Client Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers and internal teams. The position is responsible for supporting customers from the start of their projects through to delivery. The ideal candidate has a passion for working directly with customers at all levels in an organization and collaborating with internal Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer experience is exceptional.

Salary negotiable with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain job information in MIS/CRM System
- Complete work orders, estimate forms, and all other paperwork to ensure jobs are prepared properly for production
- Communicate with customers throughout the process via email and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer concerns or inquiries
- Represent the customer internally, ensuring projects are completed on time and with accuracy
- Education customers on best practices to ensure the highest quality end-product
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service or other Sales Support roles
- Proficient in basic business software (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective communication with customers
- Experience in or willingness to learn about the printing industry
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
Bonus Experience
- Experience with printing equipment, promotional products, and direct mail
