Franklin Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility, and is currently seeking HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANTS to join our fabulous team for full-time and part-time employment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a sanitary, safe, and clean environments throughout the facility.
- Wash linens and clothing.
- Sort clean linens and clothing and distribute it to the appropriate resident room.
- Label resident clothing as it comes in the facility or if the label comes off.
- Follows infection control guidelines.
- Daily trash collection and removal throughout the facility.
- Maintains floors throughout the facility.
- Use all chemicals following guidelines.
- Restock paper products, soap and supplies as needed.
- Transports waste from the inside closets to compactor/dumpster
- Thoroughly sanitizes patient rooms and bathrooms.
- Reports maintenance problems.
- Participates in gathering linen and linen carts.
