Job Overview:

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing the gambling industry. This role will involve independently conducting regulatory research, analysing and assessing the impact of regulatory changes on our operations and implementing compliance procedures and controls and updating policy documents to ensure that we are aligned. In addition, it will involve overseeing and managing multiple jurisdictional security and information management audits with independent testing labs. The role will also include assisting in the submission of games to regulatory bodies and testing labs, and submission of regulatory release notes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. They will have the ability to take the initiative in picking up work for the team, show that they are proactive in resolving issues and have a willingness to lead and manage their work independently. They will be able to quantify results when possible and include metrics to showcase the impact of independent work.
