Seeking to hire a short-term Project Support Coordinator - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE who will assist in special projects to identify and transfer regulatory compliance documents between databases. The selected applicant will ensure all required compliance documents are properly identified, extracted, labeled and stored in the relevant Site tracker project.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions
· Manages the development and implementation of projects/programs to meet business process initiatives, process improvement, product launches, other strategies and objectives.
· Analyzes existing project management methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods.
· Conducts risk assessments, facilitates communication across operational groups, and ensures compliance with the defined process and/or implementation.
· Ensure documents are identified, properly labeled, and stored in transferable format for all small cell sites.
· Extract data from QuickBase.
· Demonstrate continuous effort to improve self and team operating protocol, decrease cycle times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.
Typical Training / Experience
· HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience
· 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
· 3 years of regulatory compliance experience in wireless telecom industry with emphasis on small cell and ROW deployment and construction.
· TOP 5 MUST HAVES: 1) Attentive listener, 2) Detail oriented, 3) Familiarity with regulatory documents: 1 A/2C, TOWAIR, CDs; 4) 2-year experience in Wireless telecom and regulatory compliance, 5) Engaging communicator/personable.
· Ability to identify and comprehend data in Regulatory Compliance documents such as 1A/2C, CD, TOWAIR, FAA Determination, etc.
· Wireless principles include knowledge of wireless telecommunications industry and FCC Regulatory compliance requirements and categorical exclusions.
· Applicant must be attentive to details, focused, and have a strong background in wireless / small cell compliance projects.
· You will also need to be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Advanced Excel and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other Skills preferred.
· Knowledgeable of QuickBase, Site tracker/Salesforce, and/or other similar project databases.
· Exceptional interpersonal/people skills including verbal and written communication skills, integrity, sound judgment and decision-making ability to all organizational levels.
· Entry level support role requiring basic skills; can perform some of the basic tasks within the function; some impact at the job or department level.
· Performs simple, routine work; Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction; Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Any deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor/manager.
· Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment; Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior co-worker and/or supervisor/manager.
· Assignments require minimal knowledge beyond the assigned work; Demonstrates correct understanding of routine aspects of work.
Additional Information
· Onsite for training, then remote most days.
