We are looking for a TPM with strong fundamentals and experience in end to end program management as well as technical understanding of the systems and entirety of the Client landscape. You will be expected to drive technical discussions between different product teams and ensure that all programs are aligned with the technical roadmap. You will also be responsible for conducting business and technical reviews with leadership and executive teams on a regular basis. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with your stakeholders and Senior Leaders.

What You ll Do

• Own the scope, road map, implementation and tracking of projects from start to finish
• Set goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drive mitigations across all stages of the project
• Drive engineering initiatives cross functionally with product, engineers and designers
• Build partnerships with engineering and other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met and security policy requirements are maintained
• Partnering with the program sponsor, architects, tech leads and engineers, business leads and dependent system stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and project is a success
• Manage executive expectations and owning escalation, communication, and C-level engagement on critical strategic projects for the company
• Ensure timely completion of technical and business artifacts
• Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities
