Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental office operations and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team

Skills:

- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Ability to operate office equipment including phone systems
