Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in Pre-Licensing Real Estate Training. Duties:
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the real estate field for instruction
- Deliver a prepared syllabus of instructional materials that align with curriculum objectives
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences for students

- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve instructional strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in higher education teaching or equivalent real estate teaching experience
- Strong knowledge and expertise in real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Commitment to continuous professional development
