Ageless Living Home Health is seeking full time and part-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. Essential Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, create POC and provide treatment to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
• Educate patients and family members, keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Oversee and supervise assistants to ensure POC is followed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• SLP-Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University and a license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas. (Will accept SLP-CFY)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
