Ageless Living Home Health is seeking full time, part time, and PRN Occupational Therapists (OT / OTR) who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. Essential Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, create POC and provide treatment to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
• Educate patients and family members, keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Oversee and supervise assistants to ensure POC is followed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• OT- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a Texas license to practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
