Ageless Living Home Health is seeking full time, part time, PRN Physical Therapists (PT) who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. The goal of Ageless Living is to help families of children with disabilities cope and learn strategies to enable them to live more rewarding and fulfilling lives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, create POC and provide treatment to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
  • Educate patients and family members, keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
  • Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
  • Oversee and supervise assistants to ensure POC is followed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • PT - Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by The American Physical Therapy Association OR The Council on Medical Education of Hospitals for the American Medical Association Licensed or registered by the State of Texas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
