Agave Ridge Behavioral Health is in search of a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, the ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
• Schedule appointments and receive visitors.
• Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.
• Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports.
• Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.
• Prepare and process bills and other office documents.
• Collect information and perform data entry.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as receptionist in healthcare environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
