Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Manage and coordinate staff, including training, and assist in scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments, such as bartending, banquet, catering, and food production, to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team with good work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
