Job Duties Include: • Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and following up in a timely manner by promptly and efficiently answering multi-line telephone system • Scheduling appointment requests online and by phone • Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and recording amounts received on repair orders (RO’s) and/or counter tickets • Communicating issues to management for follow-up and resolution:• High school diploma • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to dealership personnel • Professional personal demeanor and attire • Some dealership experience is preferred
