Role: Occupational Therapist

Location: Willits, CA

Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension

Pay Rate: Up To $55/hour with Per Diem Allowance and Mileage assistance

Work Schedule: 40hrs/week

Shift: Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Applicants will be denied if these requirements are not met)

• SSN and DOB required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
• Maintain current BLS certificate
• Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of California: Required
• Must be fully vaccinated for covid
