- Must have Primary Care Medical Office Experience and outpatient experience
- A big part of their job is around vaccine administration, which they will have experience with this if they have Primary Care Medical Office experience. Urgent Care experience is also a huge bonus (not instead of, rather in addition to).
- Some key experience:
• Room patients and vital signs
• Medication administration: vaccines, etc.
• Experience from newborns to elderly
• Phlebotomy and lab draws
• Performing EKGs
• Sending in prescription refills for medications
• Managing patient portal messages
• Etc.
