- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or American Heart Association or American Red Cross Healthcare Provider Course. On-line courses do not meet these standards
- Master's degree in social work (MSW)
- Any current, full, active, and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Possess a minimum experience of two years within the last three years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). LSW are not qualified for this position
- Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Up to $500 signing bonus paid over 5 weeks for the successful applicant. (Further details to be provided upon successful start).
