The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure that all bar areas are set up properly for opening.
• Maintain the bar and lounge areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
• Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and other team members.
• Replenish ice as needed/requested.
• Ensure all bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout shift.
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment including stocking and polishing glassware.
• Preparation of all batching and bottling of beverages and syrups for cocktails
• Prepping all garnish (including cutting produce, herbs, etc.)
• Must be able to read and follow recipes to ensure quality of production, must have ability to multitask and have good verbal and written communication skills
