Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in selecting appropriate benefit plans
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Educate clients on available benefits, coverage options, and policy features
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefit plans to provide accurate information to clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including health, life, and disability insurance
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
