Afinitas is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager / Purchasing Admin to work at our facility in Columbus.

Job description is as follows:

• Prepare and verify correct items with appropriate documentation to ship according to sales orders or as directed, by utilizing UPS World Ship software and ERP system.
• Find and develop new carriers as needed and schedule and organize trucks for shipments.
• Identify and document each manufactured item upon completion for shipment.
• Be involved with prepping finished product for shipment, which may include shrink wrapping, building skids, bracing product to prevent shipping damage, etc.
• Operate mobile equipment to assist with moving of finished product to designated location for shipment
• Loading and unloading of received good.
• Check in packages received by matching items with packing lists and handling appropriately by utilizing ERP system.
• Work with purchasing to maintain stock levels of tracked and non-tracked inventory giving feedback when needed.
• Cycle counting process management.
• Prepare needed inventory according to ERP system for production order needs.
• Collaborate with other departments in the MCR meetings to meet shipping target dates, requirements, and goals.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
