AFI is searching for an experienced, organized, and professional leader to serve as a Field Project Manager. AFI currently operates on a nationwide basis with the goal of achieving Owner satisfaction through an ever-growing ROI. In order to achieve this goal, we often choose to make substantial, large-scale improvements to certain physical aspects of the property. These improvements can include various kinds of projects such as parking lot renovation, roof repairs, sign package construction, implementation of WiFi internet, various landscaping items, etc. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating completion of various projects in the most cost-effective manner while providing regular updates to both the Owner, and the AFI Team
This position comes with a base salary that is based upon experience ranging between $50,000-$70,000/year. Frequent travel to various properties across the country as many as 4-5 days/week is required.
