Dispatching Around 20-25 Drivers*

Full Time - St. Louis, MO

We are in search of a full-time Dispatcher for our customer service / dispatch department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of transportation routes and deliveries with regard to customer satisfaction.

Communication coordinating drivers, operational staff, and shipments with our customers via intermodal or bulk tanker transportation.

Everyone in the logistics department is responsible for the immediate needs of our customers along with the capabilities of our drivers.

Scheduling appointments and tracking shipments ensuring all commitments to our customers have been met. Pay based on experience level.

We seek highly motivated and experienced persons. (Background in transportation preferred)

Requirements :

• 1 Years Experience Required
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• 1 year in customer service or logistics preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Track and analyze equipment with drivers
• Shipment scheduling
• Experience scheduling multiple drivers
• Experience using Microsoft Suite of Products
• Experience using Dispatch Software, i.e. Profit Tools, TMW Dispatching Software
• High school diploma / GED (Bachelor degree preferred)
