IT Help Desk Technician - Full-Time

Summit Home Care and Hospice is searching for an experienced and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our Columbus, OH team!

Job Type: Full-time

Standard shift: Day shift, M-F

Salary Range: $16.00-$22.00/hour based on applicant expereince level

Job Locations: Onsite-Columbus, Ohio

• Must be willing to travel to our other offices in Cincinnati and Indiana as needed

What you will need:

• Successful Help Desk Tech candidates would need 2 years of prior experience in a similar role preferably with a health care company.
• Great troubleshooting skills with Windows, IOS and Android devices.
• A strong candidate will need to have a good temperament and be able to help other team members navigate issues in a timely manner.
• Candidate will need to work on-site at the Summit Columbus, OH office and travel to separate offices as needed.

Technical Skills Needed:

• Windows, IOS, and Android troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Prior Help Desk experience
• Lite understanding of the OSI model
• Ability to create and maintain documentation
• Good customer service temperament
• Lite experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior experience with IT inventory management
