Affinity Property Management is Hiring a Leasing Consultant Near Oregon, OR
Schedule & Location: You can select from three available options:
- Option #1: Part-Time (24 hours per week) Saturdays - Mondays at Timberview Apartments
- Option #2: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Fridays - Tuesdays. Fridays at Oak Grove Apartments, Saturdays - Mondays at Timberview Apartments, and Tuesdays at Caldera at Sunnybrook Apartments
- Option #3: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Saturdays - Wednesdays. Saturdays - Mondays at Timberview, Tuesdays at Caldera at Sunnybrook Apartments, and Wednesdays at Oak Grove Apartments
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00
- Leasing commission opportunities at Timberview of $100.00 per new lease that are split evenly between the leasing team
- Renewal commission opportunities at Timberview of $50.00 per renewal file that are split evenly between the entire team
- Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00 (only available for Options 2 3)

- Supplemental insurance available at employee expense (Vision insurance, Life and AD&D insurance, Critical Illness insurance, Accident Protection Plan insurance)

- Paid time off, accrued through the year at 5.66 hours per pay period (136 hours per year).
- 8 paid holidays off per year (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day)
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
- Attend training and development seminars
- Advertise and promote the property
- Utilize industry specific software for lead management
- Provide tours to prospective and current residents
- Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
- Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
- Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
- Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
- Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
- Facilitate resident events
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service and sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development
- Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone
- Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways
- Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
