Home health agency looking for Registered Nurse - RN field nurses to do home visits.

We are fully electronic. Clinician must be computer/windows literate to do online (web) documentation. Must be willing to drive long distances.

Responsibilities:

• Initial assessments
• Re-evaluation
• Coordination of Services
• Supervising LVN and Home Health Aides
• Must have valid RN License
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
