We are looking for a experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN to come join a wonderful and supportive team!

Home health agency looking for LVN field nurses to do home visits.

We are fully electronic. Clinician must be computer/windows literate to do online (web) documentation. Must be willing to drive long distances.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care as defined in the California Nurse Practice Act.
• Implements Plan of Care initiated by the Registered Nurse
• Provide accurate and timely documentation i.e Clinical Notes, progress notes
• Must have valid CPR certification
• Must have valid LVN License
• 1 year experience as a LVN
