• Responsible for written and verbal communication with the gaming regulators to ensure that property operations are conducted in a compliant manner.
• Conducts and prepares various gaming related audits, reviews, and reports in accordance with federal and state regulations and the property system of internal controls.
• Participates in the maintenance of the property system of internal controls. Maintenance includes amendments and revisions to control verbiage to provide for effective and compliant casino operations.
• Responsible for the daily Title 31 audits to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for filing CTRs and SARs with FinCEN.
• Submits CTRs and SARs to MGC.
• Maintain an organized system of record keeping for all applicable reports and documents.
• Maintains proficient knowledge of the rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Ensure the property is in compliance with all aspects of Responsible Gaming.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Review and Record Surveillance Observation Reports and ensures corrective measures have been taken.
• Review and Record Compliance Directives and ensures corrective measures have been taken.
• Prepares property submission for quarterly Compliance Committee meetings including the MBE/WBE reports.
