Affinity Family Care is looking for committed, professional individuals to provide in-home care to an adolescent female with developmental disabilities and aggressive behaviors. As a caregiver, you make a tremendous impact on the individual(s) you work with and contribute to their growth, achievements and well-being. This position requires the caregiver to have experience working with individuals who self-harm and is physically strong and can be aggressive. Position is LONG TERM. WE GET YOU WORKING FAST!

We have part time shifts immediately available.

Hours: Weekdays, afternoons into evening, and optional Saturdays/Sundays. Shifts vary. Flexible shifts.

Provider Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid identification
• Can pass a Criminal Background
• Can obtain a Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card
