Affinity Family Care has been in business since 2005 and is a leader in providing in-home care services to individuals (children and adults) with developmental disabilities. We believe in advocacy, support and compassion for the people we support.
We currently are hiring for a FULL TIME Administrative Field/Office Coordinator.
Company vehicle is provided for all field visits. Must be flexible and available days/evenings/weekends to schedule in home visits based on their availability.
Location: Our office is located at Higley Road and the US 60 in Mesa. Field work will start at Crismon/Baseline in Mesa where vehicle is located.
Pay: Start date is immediate and pay is $17.00 per hour with medical benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off offered after 3 months.
Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week. If over 40 hours worked overtime is paid.
About the Position: This position is conducting in-home monitoring visits for individuals who receive services. COMPANY CAR and all gas/expenses are provided and paid for by Affinity Family Care. Company car is for home visits only and is returned nightly. It is required that the applicant have a dependable vehicle and willingness to use their vehicle in the rare event that the company car is being repaired. Should this occur Affinity Family Care pays gas mileage of .67 per mile.
