Seeking Full-Time Medical Assistant for busy Dermatology office.
- Experience in a Dermatology office preferred but not mandatory
- Strong iPad, EMR and computer skills (Modernizing Medicine- EMA experience preferred but not necessary)
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and documentation skills
- Self starter
- Reliable transportation
- Able to multi-task
- Team Player
- Must have a positive attitude
- Monday- Friday
- Benefits (PTO, Health Insurance, Safe Harbor/401k/Profit sharing)
- Hourly rate based on experience (starting at $17)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Patient intake & review medical history
- Assisting physician with routine visits and minor surgeries
- Scribing on iPad
- General dermatology
- Sending prescription's
- Preparing injectables such as Lidocaine, Kenalog and Botox
- Numbing patients or administering Biologic medication
- Patient education based on individual treatment plan
- Cleaning and stocking exams rooms
