Fast paced Vendor Managed Inventory services provider and fastener distributor seeks responsible individual for a Warehouse Associate position. This position is a great opportunity to learn our business from the ground up - career path / advancement opportunities are available as we are significantly growing year over year. The successful candidate will learn skills related to transportation, inventory management, principles of lean logistics, workplace organization and 5S. This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday.

What you’ll be doing:

• Our warehouse associates are responsible for:
• Receiving incoming material from suppliers
• Stocking shelves and pallet racks
• Locating and pulling material for customer orders
• Efficiently packing material in boxes for UPS or pallets for truck shipments
• Completing documentation, adhering to quality standards for all warehouse processes Completing customer deliveries, processing shipments in our ERP system and other tasks as assigned.

What you need:

• You will need to be a team player, take direction and strictly follow instructions
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours in a warehouse environment
• Shipping/Receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
• Computer skills and to be able to communication effectively.
• Must have 2 years of forklift experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.50 per hour

Day Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
