The Automated Systems Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to automated systems operations at SAF / FMF AFFSO WPAFB.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of various automated systems used by the organization.
The Specialist will work with a diverse range of systems, including Automated Funds Management (AFM), Commander Resource Information System (CRIS), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS), Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS), and others.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Secret
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
BA / BS with 4 years’ experience
Waiverable / Substitutable : AA with 6 years’ experience or HS with 8 years’ experience
