What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Work closely with stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a crucial liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, articulating technical information in a client-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and goals.
- Create detailed and clear requirement documentation, process flows, wireframes, and other artifacts as needed to communicate requirements effectively.
- Clearly and proactively communicate with all stakeholders and team members to keep them informed about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in a similar role, demonstrating sustained expertise and adaptability.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in managing the Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (S.T.I.P) within a municipality or at the statewide level.
- Experience in requirements capture, management, and analysis activities in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret technical data and contribute to effective decision-making.
