Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service - Perform other duties as assigned Skills: - Experience with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation - Strong understanding of retail math for accurate transactions - Basic math skills for calculating orders, discounts, and change - Ability to assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Please note that this is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
