Aerotek is seeking 6-8 experience industrial maintenance technicians for one of our growing companies here in the Valley.

Description:

Install, maintain, modify, and repair all mechanical systems and associated equipment

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical systems, including: pumps, valves, and associated piping

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical power presses and associated support equipment

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Utilize blueprints and manufacturers’ installation manuals to complete assigned projects

Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation

Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs

Must maintain production standards to meet internal and external customer demand

Responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork, transactions, tags, etc.

Adhere to all Life Saving Rules, including: Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO), Machine Guarding/Bypassing Safety Controls, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety protocols

Ensure Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics are met daily

Support 5S initiatives in assigned work areas

2nd shift 1PM to 9PM
